What We Are Doing

We are a newly organized  Church meeting in South Calgary and seeking a permanent home in the Seton Area. We seek total satisfaction in the worship of God by being a dynamic Church, expressing vibrant Christainity through living and proclaiming transforming Truth. We would love to have you join us.

Sunday Worship: Begining March 30th we will be meeting in Auburn House (200 Auburn Bay Blvd SE, Calgary) @ 6 PM every Sunday (with the exception of three New Brighton Preview Services Saturday April 19th, and Sunday May 4 &11th, which will replace our regular auburn services). We generally gather at 5:45 to prepare ourselves for worship. Visitors Welcome. Details.

What We Believe

We believe that the primary need of the 21st century Church is sound doctrine – we believe the Bible clearly teaches that sound doctrine is a prerequisite and absolutely necessary for the proclamation of the gospel unto salvation (Rom 6:17), to equip the body of Christ for every good work (2 Tim 3:16-17), and for individual sanctification (2 Tim 2:7). And consequently it is the primary duty of Christ’s ministers to proclaim sound doctrine (2 Tim 4:1-5), and so unify the body of Christ in growing it to maturity (Eph 4:11-16)—it is therefore absolutely urgent to grapple seriously with the Scripture (2 Tim 2:15), coordinate theological tradition (2 Tim 2:2; Heb 13:7), and formulate truth to confront and inform the present age and the current generation of the body of Christ (Tit 1:9). A detailed doctrinal perspective can be found here: What We Teach
We are committed to expository preaching and teaching (1 Tim 4:13).

We value spiritual leadership from elders as gifts from Christ, and through the use of the gifts which each member has been given by the Holy Spirit (Eph 4:7-11).

We seek biblical community for accountability and to encourage one another to love and good works, speaking the truth in love (Heb 10:24-25).
